Calling for six individuals to my free class series

I am on a mission to guide individuals who endure conflicting medical care induced health issues and frustrated by feelings of concern dismissed or unheard. My guidance includes class series, one-on-one and group coaching. The offer to each individual will be based on their needs and health goals. 

I will start recording my class series “Prime your golden years” in two weeks and invite you to participate.  And here's the best part - your image won't show on the recording!

Participation is completely FREE. All you need to do is show up for the class I will record, and in return, you'll learn how to create your very own individualized health plan at no cost to you.

 Here's what you can expect from the class:

• Six modules, each with four lessons

• One hour for each module

• Flexible scheduling: choose your preferred day and time from Monday through Wednesday for a total of six weeks

• You can join all classes or just select ones - it's up to you!

Once I have the final participation times, I'll send out the meeting links to you. Sessions can be spread out once a week or held consecutively over two or three days - whatever works best for everyone.
