Welcome to the SHLS Ram Cafe
Chef Tony Zavala and Chef Jerrel Willams and staff do as much scratch and speed-scratch cooking as possible, with an emphasis on providing meals that are well rounded, and feature fresh-cut fruits, salads, and vegetables. We are also proud to be a training kitchen for the Culinary Institute of America, hosting and mentoring culinary students during their 15-week internships.
